For nearly 25 years, Roger has been a steadfast leader on Boys & Girls Clubs of Carson’s Board of Directors, including six years as Board President. His vision and dedication have been instrumental in shaping the Club’s growth, particularly in expanding teen services and ensuring that young people have pathways to success. Under his guidance, the Club has strengthened its financial foundation and deepened its investment in developing talented staff.
Roger is more than a leader, he is a generous donor, a hands-on volunteer, and a champion for youth who need us most. His unwavering commitment has helped create opportunities for under-resourced kids to discover their potential, pursue their goals, and build brighter futures.
