For nearly 25 years, Roger has been a steadfast leader on Boys & Girls Clubs of Carson\u2019s Board of Directors, including six years as Board President. His vision and dedication have been instrumental in shaping the Club\u2019s growth, particularly in expanding teen services and ensuring that young people have pathways to success.
