Leadership

At the Club, we are 63 (and growing!) staff members. Under the direction of Board of Directors President Jim Choura and CEO Kim Richards, three core departments run a lean leadership team behind the scenes. The majority of staff work exclusively with youth as Site Directors, Coordinators and Youth Development Professionals.
